DMCA notice
Effective ; last updated .
We respect intellectual property and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Product names and specifications are used to identify products; product imagery is licensed or supplied through retailer and manufacturer programs.
Where to send a notice
Our designated agent is not yet registered with the U.S. Copyright Office; that registration follows company formation. Send notices to the copyright mailbox in the meantime — we act on a compliant notice on the timescales below whether or not the registration is on file — and the agent's name and address will be published here as soon as it is.
What a notice must contain
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The address of the page and the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or ours if outside the U.S.), and your signature. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the claimant files suit.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated.
