Terms of use

These terms govern your use of FlexiDealsHQ (the "Service"), operated by Ahsan Khan pending the formation of the U.S. company that will run it (see the contact page). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service publishes price observations, price history, deal verdicts and product comparisons for products sold by U.S. retailers. We sell nothing; every purchase is made from the retailer under the retailer's terms, prices and policies.

2. Prices and accuracy

Prices are shown as observed at the timestamp displayed and can change at any time. A price older than the retailer's display window is hidden automatically. Verdicts, forecasts and scores are opinions produced by the method on our methodology page; they are not guarantees of price, availability or suitability. Always confirm the price on the retailer's page before buying.

3. Affiliate links

Links marked as sponsored may earn us a commission at no cost to you. See how we make money. Your purchase contract is with the retailer.

4. Permitted use

• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial shopping research.
• You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-download price data except as allowed by our robots.txt and any published API terms.
• You may not interfere with the Service, probe its infrastructure, or use it to send spam or abuse.
• You may quote our pages with attribution and the "as of" timestamp; you may not republish our history or verdicts wholesale.

5. Accounts

Accounts are not open yet: there is nothing to sign up for on the site today, and every page is readable without one. This clause is published in advance so the terms do not change under anyone the week accounts arrive. When they do, they will be open worldwide to people aged 13 or over (16 where EU law requires); you will be responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe, and we may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Our text, code, design, scores and compiled data are ours or our licensors'. Retailer and brand names are used nominatively to identify products and sellers; logos appear only under the owner's guidelines. Copyright complaints go through our DMCA notice.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any purchase decision made using the Service. Where a jurisdiction does not allow these limits (including consumer rights in the EU and UK), they apply only to the extent permitted.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date and, for account holders, sent by email. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.

9. Governing law

We will name the governing U.S. state here once our operating company is registered, because naming one before the filing exists would be a guess. Nothing in this section limits the consumer protections that apply where you live; those apply regardless of what this paragraph eventually says.
