Privacy request
Effective ; last updated .
One flow serves every regime (universal rights flow): pick the right, give the email address the request concerns, and we verify it by email before the clock starts. For your country (US) the response window is 45 days under U.S. state privacy laws. We never ask for more data than the request needs and never discriminate for exercising a right.
No Global Privacy Control signal was sent with this request. Turning GPC on in your browser opts you out of sale or sharing automatically; the form below records the same choice explicitly.
Your rights, in one form
- Access my data: Know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Delete my data: Erase the personal data we hold about you (accounts are closed and alerts stopped).
- Correct my data: Fix inaccurate personal data; tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
- Port my data: Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Restrict processing: Limit how we process your data while a question about it is resolved.
- Object to processing: Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including analytics.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: Record an opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (we do none, and honour Global Privacy Control automatically).
- Limit use of sensitive data: Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal data.
What happens next
- We email a verification link to the address you gave; nothing is processed until you confirm it.
- The request enters our privacy queue with the due date for your regime; an hourly check escalates anything at risk of running late.
- We answer by email with what we did, and every action is logged as evidence you can ask to see.
You can also write to [email protected], or ask us for a postal route on the contact page. The full policy is in the privacy policy; the do-not-sell record is on its own page.
